Thai Stir Fry with Algerian Flavors
A unique twist on a classic stir fry, combining the bold flavors of Algeria with the spices of Thailand.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Algerian couscous
- β1 medium onionthinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons stir-fry sauce
- β1 pound fluffy chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/4 cup sour mango chutney
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon fish sauce
- β1/4 cup Thai basilchopped
- βto taste salt and pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the skillet.

Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the stir-fry sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the Thai basil to the skillet and stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the stir fry over Algerian couscous and top with sour mango chutney.
