Moroccan Date Crumble
A French-inspired dessert that combines the sweetness of dates with the crunch of a buttery crumble topping.

- β125g unsalted buttersoftened
- β120g all-purpose flour
- β150g granulated sugar
- β50g brown sugar
- β60g crumbs from baguette
- β1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Butter a 20cm (8-inch) round baking dish.

Arrange the dates in the prepared dish.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add the softened butter and mix until a crumbly mixture forms.

Add the crumbs from the baguette and cinnamon to the bowl and mix until well combined.

Evenly distribute the crumble topping over the dates.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
