Egyptian Veggie Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful vegetarian stir fry recipe inspired by Egyptian cuisine, using yogurt as a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 cups Vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)any combination
- β2 tbsp Sour creamadds creaminess
- β1 tsp Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Cumin powderoptional
- βto taste Saltfor seasoning
- βto taste Black pepperfor seasoning
