Paleo Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Coconut sugar
- β2 Large eggs
- β1/4 cup Melted coconut oil
- β1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract
- β1/2 cup Chocolate chips (dairy-free)

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, and cocoa powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
