Canadese Pork Chops alla Italiana
A twist on traditional Italian pork chops, with a Canadian flair. The sour and chewy elements add a delightful tanginess to the dish.
Ingredients
- β4 Canadian pork chops
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/2 cup Chewy bread crumbs
Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the garlic to the skillet.

Cook the garlic for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Add the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and chopped parsley to the skillet.

Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

Add the pork chops back to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
