Spicy Sujebi Noodle Soup
A hearty and spicy Korean-inspired noodle soup made with sujebi, a traditional Korean hand-pulled noodle. This recipe combines the flavors of Korea with a comforting and easy-to-make noodle soup.
Ingredients
- β200g sujebi
- β2 cups solo
- β1 cup dinner
- β2 tsp korean chili flakes
- β2 tsp soy sauce
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1/4 cup green onions

Bring the solo to a boil in a large pot.

Add the sujebi to the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.

In a separate pan, heat the dinner over medium heat.

Add the korean chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the soy sauce and garlic to the pan and cook for another minute.

Add the chili flake mixture to the pot with the noodles and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together.

Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
