Soft Polish Potato Casserole
A hearty casserole filled with soft roasted polish potatoes, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- ●3 lbs Polish potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- ●4 cloves Roasted garlicminced
- ●1/4 cup Softened buttermelted
- ●2 tbsp All purpose flour
- ●1 cup Milk
- ●1 cup Cheddar cheeseshredded
- ●to taste Salt

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large saucepan, sauté the minced roasted garlic in melted butter until fragrant.

Add the sliced polish potatoes and cook until they start to brown.

Sprinkle the flour over the potatoes and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
