Sweet Jalebi Pita Bites
A fusion dessert featuring crispy pita bites filled with sweet jalebi syrup and topped with sweet Indian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 package (6-8 pita chips) Pita bread
- β1 cup Jalebi syrup
- β1/4 cup Coconut oil
- β1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- β1 tsp Cardamom powder
- β1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- β1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- β1 cup Confectioners' sugar

2. Cut the pita bread into bite-sized pieces and place on a baking sheet.

3. Drizzle the coconut oil over the pita pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and cinnamon.

4. Toss the pita pieces to coat evenly.

5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy.

6. Remove the pita pieces from the oven and let cool slightly.

7. Dip each pita piece into the jalebi syrup, coating completely.
