Portuguese Paella with Flaxseed Crackers
A traditional Portuguese paella dish served with a side of crispy flaxseed crackers. This recipe is perfect for a dinner party or special occasion.

- β1 cup Soft Wheat Flourfor flaxseed crackers
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oilfor paella
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Chicken Brothunsalted
- β1 medium Tomatodiced
- β1 can Artichokedrained and chopped
- β1 cup Paella Riceuncooked

In a large bowl, mix together ground flaxseed, salt, and water to form a dough.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut into desired shapes and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.

Heat oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
