Malaysian Smoky Wrap
A flavorful and spicy Malaysian-inspired wrap filled with smoky chicken and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breastMarinated in a mixture of soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes
- β4 Smoky chipotle wraps
- β1 cup Coleslaw made with red cabbage, carrots, and zesty dressing
- β1 tsp Dissolved sugarAdded to balance the heat from the chipotle
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantroChopped and used as a garnish
- β1 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
- β2 tbsp Malaysian chili sauceAdded to the chicken for extra heat

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Warm the wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wraps by spreading a layer of coleslaw on each wrap, followed by a few slices of grilled chicken, pickled carrots and daikon, and a sprinkle of cilantro.

Drizzle with Malaysian chili sauce and serve immediately.
