Smoky Kielbasa Skillet
A hearty, gluten-free skillet dish featuring smoky kielbasa and syrian ingredients. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Smoky Kielbasa Sausage
- β1 large Syrian Pepper
- β1 medium Skillet
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 large Potato
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- βchopped (optional) Parsley
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the kielbasa sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

Remove the kielbasa from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until softened.

Add the sliced pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
