Uruguayan Beef Skewers Italian-Style
A twist on traditional Italian skewers featuring smoky and sweet flavors from Uruguay. Marinated beef is grilled to perfection and served with a side of Italian flair.

- β2 tbsp smoky Uruguayan chimichurri mix
- β1/4 cup sweet Italian red wine
- β1 bunch Italian parsleychopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- β4 lemon wedges
- βto taste salt and pepper
- β1 loaf Italian breadfor serving
- β10-12 skewers

1. In a large bowl, whisk together chimichurri mix, red wine, olive oil, garlic, and parsley.

2. Add the beef strips to the marinade and mix until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
