- β4 Cod filletssmoked, skin removed
- β1/2 cup Fresh lime juicefreshly squeezed

- β1/2 Red onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped

In a large bowl, combine cod fillets, lime juice, and ceviche seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
