Smoky Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with smoky chicken, lime, and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- β1 teaspoon Smoked paprikaadds a smoky flavor
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 Bell peppersany color
- β1 Onions
- β1 cup Snow peas
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet and add the bell peppers and onions.

Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the snow peas to the skillet and cook until they are tender.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir in the smoked paprika, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the chicken is coated in the sauce.
