Slovakian Smoky Lentil Bake

- β1 cup dried lentils
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tsp smoked paprika
- β1 tsp caraway seeds
- β salt
- β black pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 tbsp tomato paste
- β2 cups vegetable broth
- β2 medium baked potatoes

Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
