Stuffed Grape Leaves with Smoky Greek Filling (Keto)
A twist on traditional dolmas, this keto-friendly recipe uses a smoky Greek filling and wrapped in whole wheat grape leaves.
Ingredients
- β12-15 leaves Stuffed Grape Leaves
- β8 oz Smoked Feta Cheesecrumbled
- β1/4 cup Silky Greek Yogurtplain, full-fat
- β1/2 cup Wheat Berriescooked
- β1 tsp Fresh Parsleychopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Wash and prepare grape leaves by blanching them in boiling water for 10 seconds.

In a bowl, mix together smoked feta cheese, silky Greek yogurt, wheat berries, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Place a grape leaf on a flat surface, with the stem end facing you.

Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of the leaf.

Fold the stem end over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the leaf into a neat package.

Repeat with the remaining grape leaves and filling.

Place the stuffed grape leaves in a baking dish, seam-side down.
