Gluten-Free Smoky Frittata
A smoky twist on the classic Italian dish, perfect for a quick and easy breakfast or brunch. Made with scrambled eggs, smoky cheese, and a hint of spice.

- β1/2 cup, shredded american cheesefor extra creaminess
- β1 pre-made crust (gluten-free) frittata
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βfor garnish chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Whisk the eggs, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

Add the shredded smoky cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, until melted and slightly browned.

Pour the whisked eggs over the cheese and cook until the edges start to set.
