Smoky Arabian Beef Tagine
A rich and flavorful stew originating from the Middle East, made with tender beef and aromatic spices.

Heat oil in the bottom of a large Dutch oven or clay pot over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef cubes in batches until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

Add more oil if necessary, then sauté the onion, ginger, and garlic until softened and fragrant.

Add the Smoky Arabian Spice Blend and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
