Smoky Cannellini Stew

- β1 lb arabian stew meatcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp peppery olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 can tomatoescrushed
- β1 can canned diced tomatoes
- β2 cups stew
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
