Smoky Halouba Tacos

- β1 tsp chili powder
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β8-10 corn tortillas
- β2 avocadosliced
- β1 cup sour cream

1. Preheat a dry skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Cut the halouba into small pieces and add to the skillet.

3. Cook the halouba for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until caramelized.

4. Sprinkle the cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper over the halouba and stir to combine.

5. Warm the corn tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

6. Assemble the tacos by spooning the halouba mixture onto a tortilla and topping with sliced avocado and a dollop of sour cream.
