Thai-Style Smoky Tofu Patties
A fusion of Thai flavors with smoky tofu patties. Marinated in a mixture of smoky paprika and Filipino-style spices, perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp smoky paprika
- β2 tbsp filipinostyle chili garlic sauce
- β4-6 pattiesoptional, for serving
- β2 tbsp coconut oil
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped, for garnish
- β1 tsp fish sauce
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β1 tsp rice vinegar
- β1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a blender or food processor, combine tofu, smoky paprika, Filipino-style chili garlic sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in chopped green onions. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into 4-6 patties, depending on the desired size.

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
