- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleychopped
- β1 tsp tagine spice mixstore-bought
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- β1 cup chicken brothlow-sodium

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened, about 8 minutes.
