Tofu Stir Fry

- β1 block tofupressed and drained
- β2 tablespoons smoky oilfor stir frying
- β2 tablespoons light soy saucefor flavor
- β1 teaspoon bhuna pastefor spice
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup fry mixpeas, carrots, bell peppers

Instructions
