Squid Wrap
A flavorful and spicy squid wrap recipe perfect for adventurous eaters. This dish is easy to make and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Squidcleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2-3 Light Tortilla Wrapspreferably whole wheat or gluten-free
- β1 cup Adventurous Sauce (see below)
- β1 cup Chopped Lettuce
- β1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- β1 cup Shredded Cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
- β1 teaspoon Smoky Paprika
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the squid pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until tender and lightly browned.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the adventurous sauce ingredients.

4. Warm the tortilla wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

5. Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of the cooked squid onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of adventurous sauce, some chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

6. Sprinkle with smoky paprika and season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
