Smoky Macaroni Bake
A comforting, smoky pasta bake that combines Italian flavors with a crispy top.
Ingredients
- β8 oz macaroni
- β1 cup smokysmoked mozzarella cheese
- β1 cup italianitalian seasoning blend
- β1 cup bakebread crumbs
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp garlic powder
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/2 tsp pepper
- β1/4 cup milk
- β1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the breadcrumbs and cook until lightly toasted.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, breadcrumb mixture, smoky cheese, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the milk and parmesan cheese until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Top with additional bread crumbs and parmesan cheese if desired.
