Smoky Padron Pepper Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry dish featuring smoky and padron peppers in a savory french-inspired sauce.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Smoky peppersany color, sliced
- β4 Padron pepperssliced
- β2 tablespoons French olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 slices French breadoptional for serving
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βto taste Optional: chili flakes or red pepper flakes
Instructions

Heat the French olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced smoky peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until slightly tender.

Add the sliced padron peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
