Saudia Chicken Tacos
A flavorful Mexican-inspired dish made with saudia chicken, smoky spices and crispy tacos.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Saudia Chicken Breast
- β2 teaspoons Smoky Paprika
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β2 diced Tomato
- β1 medium Fry OnionChopped
- β8-10 Flaky Tortillas
- β1 cup Shredded Cheese
- β1 cup Sour Cream
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

Season the saudia chicken breast with smoky paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F (74Β°C).

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chopped onion until it's translucent.

Add the diced tomato to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Warm the flaky tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the tacos by placing a few slices of the grilled chicken onto a tortilla, followed by some of the onion and tomato mixture, and finishing with a dollop of sour cream and some chopped cilantro.
