Smoked Dutch Bake
A savory Dutch-inspired casserole with a smoky twist, perfect for a dinner meal.
Ingredients
- β6 slices Smoked Bacon
- β1 cup, shredded Dutch Gouda Cheese
- β1 cup Cracker Crumbs
- β1/2 cup Caramelized Onionscook until dark brown
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the Smoked Bacon in a pan until crispy. Set aside.

In the same pan, cook the Caramelized Onions until dark brown.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Dutch Gouda Cheese, Cracker Crumbs, and chopped Fresh Parsley.

Add the cooked Smoked Bacon, Caramelized Onions, and a pinch of Salt and Pepper to the bowl.

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Drizzle the Olive Oil over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
