Smoky Pepperoni Teriyaki Stir Fry
A savory Japanese-inspired stir fry with smoky pepperoni and a sweet teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients
- β8 slices smoky pepperonithinly sliced
- β2 tbsp rice vinegar
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tbsp honey
- β2 tsp stir fry oilvegetable oil
- β1 bunch green onionsthinly sliced
- β1 tsp sesame seeds
- β1 tsp crispy garlicminced

Heat the stir fry oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the pepperoni and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the pepperoni from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the green onions and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.

Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer.

Return the pepperoni to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds and crispy garlic on top of the pepperoni.
