Smoky Chicken Kebabs
A flavorful and easy-to-make kebab recipe with smoky chicken and a variety of spices.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinlesscut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 teaspoons smoky paprika
- β2 teaspoons crushed cumin
- β4 cloves minced garlic
- β1/4 cup olive oil
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup, chopped fresh parsley

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, smoky paprika, crushed cumin, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
