Smoky Curry Poppy Seed Puffs
Crunchy, flavorful puffs filled with a smoky curry and poppy seed filling. Perfect as a snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- β2 tbsp smoky curry paste
- β1/4 cup poppy seeds
- β1 cup german all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup vegetable oil
- β1 tbsp sugar
- β2 eggsbeaten
- β1 cup milkdairy or non-dairy

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together flour, poppy seeds, and sugar.

Add vegetable oil, eggs, and milk to the bowl. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut out circles of dough using a cookie cutter.

Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

While the dough is baking, mix smoky curry paste with a little water to create a paste.
