Smoky Vegan Wrap
A flavorful and filling wrap filled with roasted vegetables and smoky spices. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 whole wheat wrap
- β1 cup roasted sweet potato
- β1/2 cup smoked tofu
- β1 cup mixed greens
- β2 tsp smoky seasoning blend
- β1/2 cup black beans, cooked
- β1/2 cup diced red onion
- β1/2 cup sliced avocado
- β2 tbsp salsa

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the sweet potato with 1 tsp of the smoky seasoning blend and roast for 20 minutes.

Pan-fry the smoked tofu with a pinch of salt and pepper until crispy.

Warm the wrap in the microwave for 20 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the black beans down the center, followed by the roasted sweet potato, smoked tofu, mixed greens, red onion, avocado, and salsa.

Drizzle with a squeeze of lime juice and top with the remaining smoky seasoning blend.
