Smokey Bramley Apple Wrap
A delicious vegan wrap filled with caramelized onions, smoky roasted apples, and tangy Bramley sauce, all wrapped in a crispy wrap.
Ingredients
- β2 roasted apples
- β1/2 cup caramelized onionscook until dark brown
- β1/4 cup Bramley applesaucehomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp smokey hummusstore-bought or homemade
- β1 wraplarge flour tortilla
- β1/2 cup lettuce
- β1/2 cup tomato
- β1/2 cup avocado

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are dark brown and caramelized.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the roasted apples into small pieces.

In a small bowl, mix together the applesauce and smokey hummus.

Spread the applesauce-hummus mixture on the wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add the caramelized onions, roasted apples, lettuce, tomato, and avocado on top of the mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
