Smoked Ground Beef Tacos
A flavorful taco recipe using smoked ground beef, topped with crunchy nuts.
Ingredients

- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon chili powder
- β1/2 teaspoon salt

- β1/4 cup, chopped nuts
- β8-10 corn tortillas
- β1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- β1 cup salsa (optional)

Brown the smoked ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Once browned, add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.

Warm the corn tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
