Smoked Sweet Tunisian Cake
A unique and flavorful dessert that combines the sweetness of smoked sugar with the spices of Tunisian cuisine, all wrapped up in a moist almond cake.

- β1 cup smoked sugar
- β1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- β3 large eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 tsp ground cinnamon
- β1/2 tsp ground ginger
- β1 tsp tunisian spice blend
- β1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Grease a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, smoked sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and tunisian spice blend.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
