- β4 oz Smoked Tofumarinated and baked
- β1/2 Cucumbersliced
- β1/2 Carrotspeeled and grated
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β2 tbsp Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- βto taste Salt
