Thai Silky Stir Fry
Quick and easy Thai-inspired stir fry made with silky tofu, garlic, and a variety of vegetables.

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) silky tofu
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 large bell pepper
- β1 cup snow peas
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp oil
- β1 tsp stir-fry sauce

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add bell pepper and snow peas; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
