Sweet Leche Pudding
A creamy and sweet dessert made with silky leche and dulce de leche. Uruguayan-style comfort food.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Silky Leche
- β2 tablespoons Dulce de Leche
- β1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- β1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine the silky leche and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved.

Remove from heat and stir in the dulce de leche and vanilla extract.

Return the saucepan to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture thickens slightly.

Remove from heat and stir in the ground cinnamon.

Pour the pudding into 4-6 individual serving cups or ramekins.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.

Serve cold, garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
