Prawn Italian Pasta
A quick and delicious Italian-inspired pasta dish with succulent prawns.
Ingredients
- β250g Pasta (Italian)Any Italian pasta shape e.g. spaghetti or linguine
- β200g Prawns (Italian)Raw prawns
- β2 tbsp SilkyOlive oil or other neutral oil
- β1 SmoothGarlic clove
- β1 tsp ItalianDried basil
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

While the pasta cooks, heat the silky in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

Add the smooth to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the smooth and silky.

Return the prawns to the skillet and toss to combine.
