Pan-Seared Duck with Rillettes Sauce

- ●2 tbsp Silky soy sauceor regular soy sauce
- ●1 tsp Smooth honey

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the duck breast with salt and pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the duck breast until browned on both sides.

Transfer the duck to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

While the duck is cooking, heat the rillettes in a saucepan over low heat.
