Beef Stew
A hearty and comforting beef stew made with tender beef, smoky flavors and silky texture. Perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β2 lbs Beef (chuck or round)
- β2 tsp Smoky Paprika
- β4 cups Silky Vegetable Broth
- β2 tbsp Ukrainian Stew Mix
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β2 cups Water
- β1 large Onion
- β4 large Carrots
- β3 large Potatoes
Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef and set aside.

Add the onion, carrots and potatoes to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the smoky paprika, Ukrainian stew mix, salt and pepper to the pot and stir to combine.

Add the beef back to the pot and pour in the vegetable broth and water.

Bring the stew to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.

Bake at 300Β°F (150Β°C) for 2 1/2 hours, or until the beef is tender.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
