Stir-Fried Morcilla with Russian Cabbage
A Chinese-inspired twist on traditional morcilla, adding a crunchy Russian cabbage slaw and savory stir-fry.

- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp ginger

- β1 cup scallions

Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add morcilla and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and scallions, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
