Peruvian Stew

- β2 Carrots
- β3 Potatoes
- β1 Onions
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β250g Peruvian silky corn
- β1L Beef broth
- β250ml Red wine
- β2 Tomatoes

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until softened.
