Perilla Leaf Biryani

Ingredients
- ●1 bunch Perilla leavesfresh or frozen
- ●1 cup Basmati riceuncooked
- ●2 tablespoons Ghee or oil
- ●2 cups Grassy leaveschopped
- ●1 tablespoon Silky soy sauce
- ●1 teaspoon Indian spicescurry powder, cumin, coriander
- ●to taste Salt
- ●2 cups Water
- ●1 teaspoon Biryani masala

Heat ghee or oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add chopped grassy leaves and sauté until wilted.

Add perilla leaves and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add basmati rice, soy sauce, spices, and salt. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
