Kenyan Tuna Tacos
A fusion of Mexican and Kenyan flavors, this dish is a unique twist on traditional tacos. The combination of tuna, silky tortillas, and floral cilantro creates a refreshing and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- β1 can (12 oz) Tunadrained and flaked
- β8-10 Silky Tortillas
- β2 tsp Kenyan Spices (or similar)a blend of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β1/4 cup Floral Cilantrochopped
- β2 Limejuiced
- β1/2 cup Stew (for salsa)homemade or store-bought
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the Kenyan Spices and cook for 1 minute.

Add the flaked tuna and cook until heated through.

Warm the silky tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the tacos by spooning the tuna mixture onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of stew salsa and a sprinkle of floral cilantro.
