Prawns in Saudi Arabian Ceviche
A refreshing and flavorful dish that combines the spices of Saudi Arabia with the zing of ceviche, featuring succulent prawns.

- β1/2 cup Silky Tamarind
- β1/4 cup Fermented Lemon Juice
- β2 teaspoons Arabian SpicesMix of cumin, coriander, and cardamom

Rinse the prawns under cold water, pat dry with paper towels.
