Eton Mess Trifle
A classic English dessert made with crushed meringue, strawberries, and whipped cream.
Ingredients

- β1 box eton messcrushed meringue
- β1 cup heavy creamwhipped
- β2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix until combined.

In a separate bowl, crush the Eton mess meringue into fine crumbs.

Fold the crushed meringue into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.

In a separate bowl, hull and slice the strawberries.

Fold the sliced strawberries into the meringue mixture until well combined.

Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or a large serving dish.
