Mexican Duck Stir-Fry
A spicy and flavorful stir-fry dish featuring the rich taste of duck, inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Duck breast
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell pepper
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Mexican chili powder
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/4 cup Stir-fry sauce
- β1/4 cup Salsa
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro

1. Season the duck breast with salt, pepper, and Mexican chili powder.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the duck breast for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Add more oil to the skillet if necessary, then sautΓ© the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.

4. Stir in cumin, stir-fry sauce, and salsa. Bring to a simmer.

5. Return the duck breast to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the top.

6. Reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the duck is cooked through.

7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
