Crunchy Flaky Flatbread with Rye Crust

- β1/2 cup water
- β1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- β2 tablespoons showy sesame oil
- β4 pieces flatbread
- β1/4 cup norwegian feta cheese (optional)for serving

In a large bowl, combine rye flour, all-purpose flour, and flaky sea salt.

Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into 4 equal pieces.
