Thai Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful Thai stir fry dish made with rice noodles, vegetables, and a hint of nutty flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 cup rice noodles
- β1 cup egyptian rice
- β2 tablespoons stir
- β1 tablespoon nutty
- β1 cup shatteringbell peppers
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.

In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the shattering (bell peppers) and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the egyptian rice and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the nutty (walnuts) and stir-fry for another minute.

Season with stir (fish sauce) to taste.
